Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Engineering

About the role

Preply is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead complex engineering hiring across its fast‑growing tech organization. You will own end‑to‑end recruitment for senior and niche roles, partner with engineering leaders, and help raise the overall hiring bar.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment for senior engineering positions such as SRE, Security, and Engineering Manager roles.
• Build credible relationships with Directors, VPs and Hiring Managers, advising on realistic hiring strategies.
• Design and execute targeted sourcing campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow and other channels.
• Track funnel metrics, diagnose bottlenecks and share insights to improve the broader engineering pipeline.
• Contribute to calibration sessions, interview training and process improvements across the TA function.

Required profile

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, with a proven record of filling hard‑to‑fill senior technical roles.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior engineering stakeholders and push back on requirements when needed.
• Experience driving wider impact such as calibration, mentoring or process optimisation.
• Strong data fluency – comfortable analysing recruiting metrics to guide decisions.
