Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to act as the strategic bridge between business units and the hiring team at Babel, a multinational technology consultancy. The role translates client needs into concrete talent attraction actions, using data‑driven insights and executive storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Define strategic prioritisation of vacancies together with team leaders and managers, balancing urgency, profitability and team capacity.
• Serve as the primary liaison with managers, client services and external clients, leading planning, performance and closure meetings.
• Ensure coverage, speed and quality of hiring through dashboards, funnel analysis and SLA management.
• Prepare and present executive reports on metrics such as time‑to‑fill, fill rate, quality of hire and NPS.
• Participate in critical and strategic searches, identify bottlenecks and coordinate process improvements.
• Align offer, negotiation and hiring decisions with People and local leadership.
• Provide consultative guidance to account leaders, communicating risks, scenarios and alternatives.
• Promote a culture of accountability based on evidence.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment or technology talent attraction, with at least 2 years in a consultative role.
• Strong understanding of technology stacks (Full‑Stack, Cloud, QA, Data, Project Management/Agile).
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS such as Workday, Greenhouse or Lever.
• Advanced analytical skills for metrics, dashboards and data storytelling.
• Political acumen to influence senior stakeholders and technical teams.
• Intermediate English (optional).
