About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing, venture‑backed technology company in London that is hiring its first dedicated Talent Partner to scale the business through its next growth phase.

Key responsibilities

• Own hiring across technical and business functions.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑find talent.
• Partner directly with founders and hiring managers.
• Design and improve recruiting processes as the company scales.
• Build talent pipelines ahead of future hiring demand.
• Help shape the people and hiring function from the ground up.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of in‑house recruiting experience.
• Experience within fast‑growing Series A or Series B startups.
• Strong outbound sourcing and headhunting ability.
• Experience scaling teams during periods of rapid growth.
• Comfortable operating autonomously in a high‑ownership environment.
• Someone who enjoys building rather than inheriting processes.
