Senior Talent and Delivery Director

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing international digital and technology consultancy, is seeking a Senior Talent and Delivery Director on a 3‑6 month contract (with potential permanent conversion). The role combines strategic recruitment leadership with delivery of digital transformation programmes, reporting directly to senior executives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment programmes across the UK and international markets, focusing on senior and executive appointments.
• Design and implement scalable workforce strategies, talent pipelines and innovative sourcing models.
• Reduce external recruitment costs while enhancing candidate experience and employer branding.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, including implementation of ATS, CRM and AI‑enabled recruitment technologies.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align talent strategy with business growth objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior recruitment leadership, preferably within technology, finance or consulting sectors.
• Strong track record of managing large‑scale transformation or digital product delivery projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) implementation and optimisation.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
