Senior Talent Consultant – Technology (6‑9 month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

TPXImpact is seeking a Senior Talent Consultant to lead technology recruitment on a 6‑9 month fixed‑term basis. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, driving full‑cycle hiring for technology, engineering and data positions while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technology, engineering and data roles, delivering timely, high‑quality hires.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates against business requirements.
• Maintain GDPR‑compliant recruitment data and analytics in the ATS and HR systems.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, including passive candidate engagement.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard‑to‑fill technology positions.
• Advise hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarks and competitive hiring strategies.
• Coach hiring managers on interview techniques and assessment best practices.
• Partner with line managers to schedule interviews and improve the interview process.
• Champion diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment for technology, engineering or data roles.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, working with senior leaders and hiring managers.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to analyse recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
• Commitment to DEI principles and inclusive hiring practices.
