Senior Talent & Delivery Director (Interim, Remote)

About the role

This interim 6‑month position is for a Senior Talent & Delivery Director who will work remotely, supporting a fast‑growing digital marketing agency. Reporting to the Chief Administrator & Operations Officer, you will shape the talent strategy and drive organisational development during a critical scaling phase.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement an international recruitment strategy aligned with business growth plans across the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for specialist, leadership and business‑critical roles, building robust talent pipelines.
• Identify current and future capability gaps and develop succession‑planning initiatives.
• Create scalable recruitment processes that improve quality, speed and candidate experience.
• Conduct workforce planning to support rapid expansion.
• Assess organisational structure and recommend improvements to enable future growth.
• Lead organisational development programmes, including workshops for leaders and broader teams.
• Support change‑management initiatives and embed new ways of working.
• Partner with directors to drive capability, performance and engagement improvements.

Required profile

• Proven senior experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning and organisational development.
• Track record of delivering strategic HR initiatives in fast‑growing, international environments.
• Ability to work hands‑on while influencing senior leadership.
• Immediate availability and willingness to travel occasionally to London and Europe.

• Daily rate of £500‑£700 (outside IR35).
• Fully remote working with occasional travel.
