Senior Talent Investor

About the role

The Bridge is looking for a Senior Talent Investor to discover exceptional early‑stage talent across Europe and help them launch world‑changing companies in San Francisco. You will work closely with founders, investors and ecosystem partners to identify, advise and accelerate the next generation of high‑impact entrepreneurs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute research theses to locate outlier individuals before they reach pivotal career moments.
• Source talent through deep engagement in both online and offline communities across Europe, spending roughly eight months each year on intensive scouting.
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding selected individuals on career decisions, team building and fundraising.
• Spend two to three months annually in San Francisco supporting invested founders, helping shape their teams and product ideas.
• Influence investment decisions by providing rigorous assessments of founder potential and market opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with experts across a broad range of technology and business domains.

Required profile

• Proven ability to identify high‑potential talent early in their careers.
• Strong network within European tech, research, or entrepreneurial ecosystems.
• Exceptional judgment about what makes a founder and a company world‑changing.
• Comfortable with frequent travel between Europe and the United States.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building companies from scratch.

Required skills

• Base salary ranging from £81,000 to £95,000 per year, plus performance‑based upside.
