Senior Technical Paraplanner – Route to Adviser

About the role

This senior technical paraplanner position offers a unique pathway to becoming a fully qualified adviser. Based in London with hybrid working, you will partner closely with a senior adviser to shape client strategies and drive long‑term financial success.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with a Senior Adviser to develop and implement client financial strategies.
• Attend client meetings, supporting relationship management and providing technical insight.
• Produce bespoke, high‑quality technical suitability reports.
• Conduct in‑depth research and formulate tailored recommendations.
• Contribute to portfolio construction and asset allocation decisions.
• Execute detailed cash‑flow modelling to inform client plans.
• Progress toward an adviser role with full mentorship and support.

Required profile

• 4–5+ years of experience as a Technical Paraplanner.
• Chartered status, or actively working towards chartered qualification.
• Strong ambition, proactive attitude and readiness for the next career step.
