About the role
Omnea is building an AI‑native platform to transform enterprise procurement. We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to own and drive the end‑to‑end hiring process for our rapidly growing engineering organisation in London.
Key responsibilities
- Lead full‑cycle recruitment for 10 engineering teams, from sourcing to offer.
- Build and maintain a warm pipeline of passive senior product engineers in a competitive market.
- Shape and champion Omnea’s engineering employee value proposition.
- Partner with engineering leadership to uphold high hiring standards while scaling.
- Design and continuously improve the hiring process to reduce time‑to‑hire without sacrificing quality.
- Own pipeline metrics, track numbers and report on recruitment performance.
Required profile
- 3+ years recruiting engineering talent at an agency.
- 2+ years in‑house recruiting at a fast‑paced London tech startup.
- At least 5 years total experience hiring engineers.
- Proven track record scaling an engineering team from ~20 to 100+ members.
- Deep knowledge of the London engineering talent market.
