Senior Technology Trainer

About the role

We are partnering with a leading international law firm to appoint a Senior Technology Trainer for its London office. The role sits at the intersection of technology, learning and people, helping lawyers and business services teams across London, Paris and Hong Kong adopt new tools and work more efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions – in‑person, virtual, group and 1:1 – to senior legal professionals.
• Design and develop training materials, guides, videos and quick‑reference tools.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and create tailored solutions.
• Support rollout of new systems and tools, ensuring smooth adoption.
• Analyse support queries to continuously improve training effectiveness.
• Contribute to global training initiatives and collaborate with international colleagues.
• Manage and track training activity through the firm’s Learning Management System.

Required profile

• 5+ years’ experience delivering technology training, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Proven ability to deliver blended learning (classroom, virtual, e‑learning).
• Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and adapting to changing needs.
• Proactive, adaptable and solutions‑focused attitude.
• Fluent French (spoken and written) is highly advantageous.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite.
• Document management systems such as NetDocuments.
• E‑learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia).
• Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
