About the role
We are seeking a Senior Town Planner to join our expanding Bristol team. The role involves delivering expert planning advice to a diverse client base, including retailers, developers and local authorities, on a range of challenging projects.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and submit planning applications and appeals.
- Conduct site appraisals and develop strategic planning proposals.
- Provide advice and guidance to clients throughout all stages of the planning process.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with local regulations.
Required profile
- Minimum two years post‑qualification experience in town planning.
- Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or working towards chartered status.
- Strong understanding of planning policy, legislation and development processes.
