About the role
We are partnering with a prestigious international law firm to hire a Senior Trade Mark Paralegal for their London office. The role is full‑time, permanent and offers flexible hybrid working.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and monitor trade mark watch notices and oppositions.
- Draft and file trade mark applications and related correspondence.
- Navigate UKIPO, EUIPO and WIPO procedures for client portfolios.
- Assist with design right matters where required.
- Provide day‑to‑day support to senior attorneys and liaise with clients.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Trade Mark Paralegal.
- Strong knowledge of UK, EU and international (WIPO) trade mark processes.
- Familiarity with design rights is a plus.
- CITMA Paralegal qualification preferred but not essential.
