Senior Transformation Communications Manager (6‑month contract)

About the role

This 6‑month contract position leads the communications narrative for a large‑scale transformation programme within a global fund and asset‑servicing organisation. Reporting directly to transformation leadership, you will shape both internal and external messaging, ensuring consistency across multiple workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the communications strategy for the entire transformation portfolio.
• Produce end‑to‑end internal and external communications from day one of each initiative.
• Build senior stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Develop enterprise‑wide messaging that links individual programmes to the broader strategic vision.
• Create communications plans, messaging frameworks, stakeholder maps and client‑facing materials in various formats.

Required profile

• Proven senior communications experience in complex, matrixed or professional‑services environments.
• Multiple cycles of end‑to‑end transformation communications delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate difficult people‑change topics such as restructures and redundancies with sensitivity.
• Exceptional writing ability, adaptable tone for diverse audiences.
• Comfort engaging with ExCo‑level stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions.
