Senior UI Engineer – 6‑Month Fixed‑Term (Remote or On‑site)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior UI Engineer to join a AAA game studio on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. The role can be performed remotely from anywhere in the UK or on‑site at our London/Bromley studio, delivering the UI vision for upcoming titles.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse UI designs and define the technical components required to build them.
• Design and implement robust, high‑performance UI frameworks and specialised widgets.
• Collaborate closely with the UI team and other development disciplines to ensure seamless integration.
• Plan, estimate and track work against product specifications and project milestones.
• Communicate solutions and contribute to a high‑quality player experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in UI engineering for games, with at least one shipped commercial title.
• Advanced knowledge of C++ and practical UI implementation experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, self‑motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent time‑management, organisational and communication abilities.
• Passion for game UI and willingness to share knowledge with the team.
