Senior UK & Ireland Marketing Manager

About the role

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Senior UK & Ireland Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of integrated 360° marketing activations across the United Kingdom and Ireland. The role combines brand, PR, influencer and media planning with close collaboration with retail, CRM and digital teams to drive growth and protect brand equity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the UK&I campaign activation strategy, translating global objectives into scalable plans and toolkits.
• Lead the creation and rollout of 360° marketing, PR and influencer programmes, ensuring consistency across all channels.
• Coordinate with retail and outlet teams to implement POS assets, communication amplification and in‑store activations.
• Set clear priorities, KPIs and learning frameworks for the activation team, driving innovation and cross‑market synergies.
• Provide strategic direction to the Brand Manager for UK&I retail support plans.
• Manage relationships with PR and influencer agency partners, overseeing execution and performance.

Required profile

• Senior‑level marketing professional with proven experience in global 360° campaign development.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams including retail, CRM, digital and media.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing agency partners and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent strategic thinking, project management and KPI‑driven execution.
