About the role
A leading government institution is seeking a highly capable Senior User Researcher for an initial six‑month contract. The role is inside IR35 and offers a hybrid working model with 1‑2 days per week in the office (Manchester, Bristol or London). You will work on a variety of projects aimed at improving GOV.UK products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Work on diverse projects to enhance GOV.UK digital products and services.
- Advocate for user research and engage colleagues and stakeholders throughout the research process.
Required profile
- Broad and specialist user research experience in digital/IT environments and large complex organisations.
- Ability to understand complex problems and align research activities to inform decision‑making and action.
