Senior UX Researcher I

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Senior UX Researcher to lead the discovery of user needs and translate insights into impactful product experiences. You will set the research direction for a product line, mentor junior researchers and collaborate closely with design and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead user research initiatives across product lines, defining strategy and influencing design decisions.
• Apply a variety of research methods—including ethnographic studies, usability testing and analytics—to uncover user needs and motivations.
• Mentor junior researchers and collaborate with UX, visual and technical teams to translate insights into product improvements.
• Analyse market segments, competitors and user feedback to shape product roadmaps and key metrics.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of UX research best practices and tools.
• Proven ability to build strong cross‑functional relationships and communicate findings effectively.
• Self‑directed learner who seeks feedback, takes ownership of growth and aligns research with business goals.

Required skills

• Experience designing and overseeing ethnographic studies, usability testing and data‑driven analytics.
• Proficiency with research software and tools used for qualitative and quantitative analysis.
