Senior Valuations Manager – Bristol

About the role

This permanent senior position in Bristol leads high‑quality valuation projects for a professional services firm. You will provide expert tax and valuation advice to a diverse client base while working closely with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end valuation engagements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with professional standards.
• Advise clients on tax implications and valuation methodologies.
• Collaborate with partners and senior team members to shape client strategies.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships.
• Oversee the preparation and review of valuation reports and related documentation.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a learning culture.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes and emerging best practices.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the portfolio.

Required profile

• Strong background in tax and valuations within professional services.
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience mentoring and developing team members.
