Senior Videographer & Editor

About the role

ProfileTree is seeking a senior hands‑on videographer and editor to lead the planning, production and delivery of video content for client projects and internal marketing. You will own projects from discovery through final delivery while shaping creative direction and client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, film and edit video content for client projects and internal marketing.
• Lead client discovery and pre‑production meetings to define goals, audiences and content requirements.
• Develop briefs, creative concepts, scripts, storyboards and production plans.
• Manage projects from scheduling, filming, editing, feedback to final delivery.
• Lead on‑location and studio shoots, handling cameras, lighting, audio, talent and logistics.
• Edit and finish content, including colour grading, audio mixing, motion graphics and platform formatting.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ professional videography and editing experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proven ability to manage video projects from concept through to delivery and to lead client meetings.
• Strong knowledge of professional cameras, lighting and audio equipment.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a private vehicle for equipment transport.
