Senior/Associate Building Surveyor – Social Housing

About the role

We are looking for a Senior or Associate Building Surveyor to join our public‑sector team in London. The role focuses on social housing and education projects, delivering refurbishments, condition surveys and contract administration while managing your own schemes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver refurbishment, condition survey and contract administration projects.
• Manage your own schemes from inception to completion.
• Support and mentor junior surveyors.
• Liaise directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide professional and project‑led advice across the portfolio.

Required profile

• Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS or MCIOB).
• Experience in the public sector, preferably social housing or education.
• Proven ability to run projects and interact with clients.
• Strong technical knowledge and a proactive mindset.
• Commitment to long‑term development within a supportive business.
