Senior/Associate Interior Designer – Commercial Workplace

About the role

James & Partners is seeking a highly creative Senior or Associate Interior Designer to join its Farringdon studio. You will work on innovative commercial workplace projects, collaborating with architects, interior designers and technical specialists to deliver inspiring, functional environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of interior concepts for commercial workplace projects.
• Produce coordinated Revit models and detailed drawing packages.
• Manage projects through RIBA design stages from concept to completion.
• Prepare technical information suitable for construction.
• Present design concepts to clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• Strong commercial workplace experience, either at senior or associate level.
• Excellent creativity combined with a rigorous technical approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an architecture‑led studio.
• Willingness to contribute to both design leadership and technical delivery.

Required skills

• Revit (advanced modelling and documentation).
