About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior/Lead Business Analyst with a strong insurance background to drive a major underwriting transformation programme. The role combines hands‑on business analysis with leadership of a team of analysts.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a team of Business Analysts across a major underwriting transformation programme.
- Collaborate closely with senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Analyse and improve underwriting processes, focusing on the pre‑bind lifecycle.
- Participate in key workshops and meetings on-site (approximately one day per week).
Required profile
- Strong Business Analysis experience within the insurance market.
- Excellent understanding of the underwriting lifecycle, especially pre‑bind processes.
- Proven experience managing senior stakeholders.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring Business Analysts.
- Experience implementing an Underwriting Workbench or Orchestration platform is highly desirable.
