Sensory Research Manager

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Sensory Research Manager to lead FMCG accounts, build strong client partnerships and ensure the delivery of high‑quality sensory and consumer research projects. You will work in a multicultural environment within the Eurofins Group, combining scientific expertise with commercial insight.

Key responsibilities

• Lead 2‑3 FMCG accounts, develop client relationships and achieve revenue targets.
• Oversee end‑to‑end project delivery, from proposal writing and questionnaire design to data interpretation and story‑led reporting.
• Negotiate contracts and specifications, both technically and financially.
• Supervise fieldwork locally and internationally.
• Line‑manage a junior team of 1‑3 researchers/technicians.
• Participate in internal projects to strengthen expertise and drive company growth.
• Develop innovative research solutions together with cross‑functional colleagues.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and people‑management experience.
• Strong client‑facing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue generation.
