SEO Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated SEO Account Manager to join our award‑winning, SEO‑focused digital agency. You will act as the primary liaison between our B2B clients and internal teams, ensuring that tailored digital strategies are delivered effectively and align with client goals.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of B2B clients, serving as their main point of contact.
• Collaborate with project managers to gather client insights and provide detailed, actionable briefs to the team.
• Lead client discovery sessions to capture business objectives and challenges, translating them into effective SEO strategies.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, monitor milestones, and communicate progress to both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Present performance reports and insights, showcasing campaign impact and recommending improvements.
• Proactively manage client expectations, keeping them informed and confident throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts and suggest additional services or enhancements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, preferably within digital marketing or an SEO‑focused environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and rapport with clients.
• Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
• A data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign results and provide actionable insights.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented approach, anticipating client needs and offering strategic recommendations.
