SEO Executive – Growing In‑House Marketing Team

About the role

We are looking for a driven SEO Executive to join our expanding in‑house marketing team. You will help increase online visibility, drive organic traffic and support lead generation through content, technical SEO and growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Create, optimise and manage SEO‑focused content across website and blog pages.
• Conduct keyword research, search intent and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Monitor and improve website performance using GA4, Google Search Console and Ahrefs.
• Support authority‑building through link acquisition and outreach.
• Analyse SEO performance and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied site‑wide.
• Stay up‑to‑date with SEO trends, algorithm updates and emerging industry developments.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of hands‑on SEO experience.
• Strong understanding of on‑page SEO, keyword research and search intent.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and Ahrefs or similar tools.
• Proven ability to create and optimise content for search performance.
• Familiarity with WordPress CMS and SEO best practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication and copy‑writing skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage workload effectively.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies shaping SEO.
