SEO / GEO Specialist (Full‑time)

About the role

Brace Creative Agency is looking for an SEO / GEO Specialist to join its Gloucester studio. You will own end‑to‑end SEO programmes that drive traffic, rankings and revenue for a diverse portfolio of clients across sectors such as food, finance, charity and construction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies that deliver measurable growth for client websites.
• Perform technical SEO audits, keyword research and on‑page optimisation.
• Analyse performance data and produce actionable insights to improve rankings and conversions.
• Collaborate with designers, developers and marketers to integrate SEO recommendations into broader campaigns.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients, making SEO results clear and compelling.
• Stay up‑to‑date with algorithm changes, tools and industry trends.

Required profile

• Several years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of on‑page and off‑page SEO, technical audits and keyword research.
• Ability to think strategically, communicate clearly and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Enthusiasm for expanding skills into areas such as content creation, Google Ads, email marketing or conversion optimisation.
• Continuous learner who experiments with new tactics and tools.
