SEO / GEO Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an SEO / GEO Specialist to own and execute SEO strategies that drive real traffic and revenue for a diverse client base. You will join a collaborative studio in Gloucester where designers, developers and marketers work side‑by‑side.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies that improve rankings and generate measurable revenue.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, keyword research and data analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with designers, developers and marketers to optimise on‑page and off‑page elements.
• Present performance reports to clients and translate SEO results into clear business value.
• Stay up‑to‑date with algorithm changes, tools and industry trends.

Required profile

• Several years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, communicate clearly and think strategically.
• Enthusiasm for learning additional disciplines such as Google Ads, CRO or content marketing.
