SEO Manager – Beauty

About the role

THG Beauty is looking for a hands‑on SEO Manager to own and execute the organic search strategy for its portfolio of beauty ecommerce brands. You will be responsible for driving traffic, revenue and visibility while working closely with product, engineering and content teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the SEO roadmap aligned with commercial targets for assigned beauty brands.
• Drive measurable improvements in organic traffic, revenue, visibility and conversion.
• Translate trading priorities, seasonal campaigns and product launches into SEO opportunities.
• Lead technical SEO audits and prioritize fixes across crawlability, indexation, internal linking, faceted navigation, schema and site architecture.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to embed SEO best practices into platform developments.
• Optimise product listing pages, content hubs and international sites for search performance.
• Leverage AI/LLM tools responsibly to scale optimisation and insight generation.
• Partner with Content and Editorial teams to create scalable, search‑led content strategies and identify new landing‑page opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing SEO in a fast‑paced ecommerce environment.
• Commercially accountable mindset with a focus on revenue‑driven outcomes.
• Strategic thinker who can also roll up sleeves to execute tactical tasks.
• Strong collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Technical SEO (crawlability, indexation, internal linking, faceted navigation, schema markup, site architecture)
• Keyword research and analysis
• On‑page optimisation for PLPs, PDPs and content hubs
• Use of AI/LLM tools for SEO scaling
• Experience with ecommerce platforms and SEO tools
