SEO Manager

About the role

This is a high‑impact SEO and GEO Manager position with a well‑established consumer brand. You will own organic growth today while shaping a forward‑looking strategy for generative search and AI‑driven discovery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the organic search strategy across multiple websites and develop a generative engine optimisation approach.
• Conduct keyword research, technical audits, and on‑page optimisation.
• Partner with content, digital, and engineering teams to implement SEO best practices.
• Monitor rankings, site performance, and search trends to identify opportunities.
• Develop and execute a GEO strategy for AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
• Optimise content for AI retrieval, citation, and summarisation, including structured data and entity‑based tactics.
• Test new content formats, including conversational and AI‑optimised outputs.
• Define and track success metrics (visibility, conversions) and build dashboards using GA4 and Search Console.

Required profile

• Commercial experience in SEO or organic growth within a digital or e‑commerce environment.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable improvements in traffic, rankings, and revenue.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, and search performance analysis.
• Interest in AI‑driven search and large language models.
