SEO/ASO Lead

About the role

IG Group is looking for a senior SEO/ASO Lead to own the end‑to‑end organic acquisition funnel for its UK and Ireland markets. You will work within the UK Marketing team, collaborating with a SEO manager and two Content Editors to drive high‑intent traffic that converts into new accounts and first trades.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategy that shifts from traditional keyword search to AI‑driven discovery across Google, app stores and conversational AI tools.
• Run technical SEO audits, build internal link structures, and manage programmatic page templates.
• Identify, size and deliver high‑impact SEO and ASO opportunities on a weekly cycle.
• Partner with the central SEO hub in Poland and the website manager on headless CMS implementation, Core Web Vitals improvements and structured‑data tickets.
• Report weekly performance, linking organic rankings and app‑store positions to account openings and funded accounts.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on SEO and ASO experience with a focus on revenue‑driven outcomes.
• Ability to make fast decisions with imperfect data and ship measurable work each sprint.
• Strong commercial mindset, able to articulate business cases for every initiative.
