Service Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a Service Administrator to join the Service and Hire desk team at a leading construction and engineering company on the outskirts of Horsham. The role involves handling customer enquiries, quotations and order management while coordinating engineers to ensure timely service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Update customers on job progress and engineer attendance.
• Schedule engineers and manage the CRM database.
• Monitor and respond to customer emails regarding quotations and bookings.
• Support compliance and warranty administration.
• Maintain organised digital and physical records, including service reports and test certificates.
• Liaise daily with engineers to provide job sheets, site details and instructions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar role such as Service Administrator, Quotation/Order Coordinator or Customer Sales Support.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Good IT proficiency.
• Own transport required due to rural location.

Required skills

• CRM database management.
