Service Advisor – Automotive Dealership

About the role
We are looking for a Service Advisor to join a progressive, well‑respected dealer group in North London. The role offers a competitive OTE of £40,000+ and the chance to work with a strong automotive brand.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers and manage the service reception.
- Book vehicles and create, raise and close job cards.
- Obtain authorisations for work and liaise with the workshop on progress.
- Arrange courtesy cars using the One Link system.
- Prepare costing, invoice customers, hand over vehicles and pursue up‑selling opportunities.
Required profile
- Previous main‑dealer experience with strong customer‑service focus.
- Proven ability in upselling and administrative tasks.
- Familiarity with RTC, One Link and Kerridge systems is a distinct advantage.
