Service Advisor – BMW & MINI Aftersales

About the role

Join Hedin Automotive’s Aftersales team as a Service Advisor for BMW & MINI. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them from vehicle check‑in through to hand‑over and ensuring a seamless service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and manage bookings, service updates and vehicle hand‑over.
• Communicate progress of repairs, advise on additional work and maintain accurate service documentation.
• Allocate jobs to workshop technicians based on skill and availability, ensuring efficient workshop flow.
• Handle customer queries, resolve concerns and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Ensure vehicles are cared for, cleaned and prepared for collection.
• Keep up‑to‑date with BMW & MINI aftersales products and services.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Service Team Manager in an automotive environment.
• Strong customer‑focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technicians and manage multiple tasks.
