Service Advisor – Dartford

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Service Advisor to join the busy after‑sales team of a leading main dealership in Dartford. The role is ideal for an experienced Service Advisor or a vehicle technician looking to move into a customer‑facing position.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and deliver outstanding service throughout the service journey.
• Book vehicles into the workshop, keep customers informed of repair progress and timescales.
• Explain technical work clearly and confidently to customers.
• Liaise with technicians and workshop staff to ensure an efficient workflow.
• Manage customer queries and maintain a first‑class experience.
• Complete administrative duties and keep accurate records.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or as a vehicle technician seeking to transition.
• Good knowledge of the motor trade and vehicle repairs.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and professional presentation.
• Ability to work effectively within a busy team.
• Full UK driving licence.
