Service Advisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, customer‑focused Service Advisor to join a busy dealership in Salisbury. You will be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service and will play a key role in ensuring a smooth workshop workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and book vehicles into the workshop, managing the service schedule.
• Provide regular updates to customers on vehicle progress and advise on any additional work required.
• Upsell appropriate products and services.
• Prepare job cards, invoices and related paperwork.
• Collaborate closely with the workshop team to maintain efficient workflow and high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade (preferred).
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Professional, positive attitude.
• Full UK driving licence.
