Service Advisor – Luxury Brand – Cambridge

About the role

Join a respected dealer group in Cambridge and represent a prestigious luxury automotive brand as a Service Advisor. You will be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service, ensuring a seamless and premium experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers at the service reception.
• Book vehicles for service appointments and manage the service schedule.
• Create, update and close job cards, securing authorisations for required work.
• Coordinate with the workshop team on work‑in‑progress updates.
• Arrange courtesy cars using the One Link system.
• Prepare cost estimates, process invoicing, conduct customer handovers and drive up‑selling opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous main‑dealer experience in a service environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with proven upselling and administration abilities.
• Familiarity with RTC, One Link and Kerridge systems is a distinct advantage.
