About the role

Join a leading main dealership in Medway as a Service Advisor, delivering top‑class customer service to vehicle owners. You will be the first point of contact in the service department, guiding customers through the servicing, maintenance and repair process.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and professionally when they arrive at the service department.
• Book vehicles for servicing, maintenance and repairs, ensuring accurate scheduling.
• Provide clear, timely updates on repair status and estimated completion times.
• Liaise with workshop technicians to coordinate work and maintain a smooth customer journey.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and encourage repeat business.
• Complete service administration accurately and efficiently.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive retail.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Professional, confident and well‑presented appearance.
• Strong organisational ability in a busy environment.
• Positive attitude and effective team‑working.
• Full UK driving licence.
