Service Advisor – Main Dealership (Tunbridge Wells)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our main dealership in Tunbridge Wells, representing a highly desirable automotive brand. You will be the first point of contact for customers in the service department, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from booking to vehicle hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and professionally when they arrive at the service department.
• Book vehicles for servicing, maintenance and repairs, and keep customers informed of progress and estimated completion times.
• Liaise with workshop technicians to coordinate work and ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Accurately complete service administration and paperwork.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and encourage repeat business.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive retail.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Professional, confident and well‑presented demeanor.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to thrive in a busy environment.
• Positive attitude, team‑working skills and a full UK driving licence.
