Service Advisor – Motorhome Dealership (Bury)

About the role

We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our busy motorhome dealership’s after‑sales team in Bury. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience while supporting the workshop.

Key responsibilities

• Book motorhomes for servicing, warranty and habitation work.
• Process warranty claims from start to finish using manufacturer systems.
• Keep customers informed about repair progress.
• Order parts and monitor deliveries.
• Liaise with third‑party suppliers for specialist repairs and transport.
• Assist the workshop with job scheduling and time management.
• Maintain accurate records and complete all administration to a high standard.

Required profile

• Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
• Comfortable using computer systems and Microsoft Office.
• Able to prioritise workload and work well under pressure.
• Professional, proactive and a team player.
