About the role
We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy dealership in Swindon. The role involves managing customer service and repair requests, ensuring smooth workshop operations, and delivering a high standard of customer care.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assess their service and repair needs.
- Book vehicles for servicing, maintenance and repairs.
- Liaise with the workshop to ensure efficient completion of work.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Prepare estimates, invoices and process payments.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workload.
- Positive, professional and team‑focused attitude.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
