Service Advisor – Volvo Dealership

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our busy Volvo dealership in Leamington Spa. You will be the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for maintenance or repair, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience from arrival to hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Book customer vehicles for service, coordinate with the workshop to balance workload.
• Greet customers on arrival, manage drop‑off and hand‑over processes.
• Provide regular updates on vehicle progress, obtain authorisation for additional work, and conduct follow‑up calls.
• Collaborate with Workshop, Parts and Sales teams to meet service deadlines.
• Drive department workflow, meet targets and promote the full range of services.

Required profile

• Strong passion for delivering excellent customer service and building rapport quickly.
• Well‑presented, motivated and eager to succeed.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role with sales or target‑driven responsibilities.
• Good organisational and administrative abilities; dealer management system knowledge is a plus.
