Service Co-ordinator – Customer Service & Scheduling

About the role

We are looking for an organised Service Co‑ordinator to manage customer enquiries, schedule engineers and ensure smooth delivery of heating, cooling and climate control services. You will be the central point of contact, keeping customers informed and supporting the service team.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process customer enquiries by telephone and email.
• Log service requests accurately using internal systems.
• Coordinate engineer schedules and allocate work efficiently.
• Keep customers updated on appointments and job progress.
• Liaise with engineers, suppliers and internal departments.
• Arrange parts and materials to support service delivery.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Assist with quotations, purchase orders and invoicing.
• Resolve customer queries and escalate technical issues when required.
• Provide administrative support to the wider service team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Service Co‑ordinator, scheduling, customer service or administration role.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Confident telephone manner and high attention to detail.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused approach.

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer‑based systems.
