Service Colleague (Express) – Part‑time Retail Role

About the role

Join Asda Express as a Service Colleague, working part‑time in a busy retail environment. You’ll rotate across departments, supporting customers at checkout, preparing fresh food, picking online orders and restocking shelves. Flexible shift patterns are available to fit your lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, efficient service to customers at checkout and throughout the store.
• Prepare and serve fresh pizza and other ready‑made foods.
• Pick and pack online grocery orders for home delivery.
• Restock shelves and ensure product presentation meets store standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming store environment.
• Support colleagues in other departments during busy periods.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic and ready to engage with customers.
• Comfortable working flexible days, evenings and weekends.
• Able to learn new tasks quickly and work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
