About the role
We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join a growing engineering services business. You will be the central point ensuring engineers are deployed to the right sites at the right time, delivering high‑quality service to our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule engineers for reactive call‑outs, maintenance visits and planned works.
- Manage engineer diaries to maximise productivity and meet Service Level Agreements.
- Create and maintain jobs in the BigChange system, including permits, access requirements and customer documentation.
- Liaise with the Stock Manager to ensure materials and equipment are available for planned works.
- Work with subcontractors to meet service commitments and deadlines.
- Process completed service sheets, forward quotations and ensure accurate invoicing.
