Service Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organised, proactive Service Coordinator to become the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers. You will manage the end‑to‑end service journey, from the initial enquiry through to the completion of remedial works, ensuring a seamless and high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with assigned customers, acting as their main liaison.
• Schedule service visits and remedial works, providing engineers with all necessary information.
• Prepare accurate quotations for contracts, renewals, and additional works.
• Identify and promote relevant additional products and services.
• Produce RAMS and related service documentation.
• Order parts, raise purchase orders, and manage supplier interactions.
• Keep customer records, service contracts, and CRM data up to date.
• Generate daily and weekly reports to support the Service team.
• Assist in forecasting engineer workloads by monitoring contracts and upcoming jobs.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Required profile

• Previous administration or account‑management experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and relationship‑building ability.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for helping customers.
