Service Coordinator

About the role

The Service Coordinator role involves coordinating engineers to attend vessels and sites worldwide for product installation, repair, maintenance, and technical support. The position manages the end‑to‑end service process from initial customer contact through to job completion.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate engineers to attend vessels and sites worldwide for product installation, repair, maintenance, and technical support.
• Manage the end‑to‑end service process, from initial customer contact and quotations through to order acceptance, service delivery, and job completion.
• Handle incoming service requests, identify and record common product faults.
• Provide customers with accurate updates and feedback on completed service work.
• Work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to support new products and deliver high‑quality after‑sales service.
• Support the development and improvement of procedures for effective service and record management.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, business partners, and distributors worldwide.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent qualification in engineering, IT, computer systems, marine engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong interest in technology and willingness to develop technical knowledge.
• Ability to understand technical documents and product specifications.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proactive and customer‑focused approach.
• Desirable experience in service coordination, technical support, engineering, or customer service.
• Knowledge of marine electronics or navigation systems and experience in an international business environment.
