Service Coordinator – Scheduler

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised Service Coordinator to manage engineer scheduling and service administration for a growing engineering services business in Pangbourne. You will act as the central link between customers, engineers, project teams and suppliers, ensuring seamless service delivery across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule engineers for reactive call‑outs, maintenance visits and planned works, managing diaries to maximise productivity.
• Create and manage jobs in the BigChange system, maintaining accurate records, permits and customer information.
• Liaise with the Stock Manager to ensure materials and equipment are available, and coordinate ordering of plant and specialist resources.
• Support subcontractors, monitor preventative maintenance visits and ensure service level agreements are met.
• Escalate any resource or scheduling concerns and organise follow‑up visits or engineer revisits as required.
