Service Delivery Manager

About the role

Based at the Henham office and reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, the Service Delivery Manager ensures clients receive the high‑quality service Planteria promises. You will lead the Planning and Helpdesk teams, overseeing reliable, efficient, and profitable service operations across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day planning and scheduling of all contracted service visits across the UK.
• Drive industry‑leading client experience through fast response and resolution times.
• Identify service risks early and coordinate rapid recovery plans.
• Manage and improve Service Contract Gross Profit via efficient planning, utilisation, and route optimisation.
• Coach and develop Planning, Helpdesk and Planning Super Users to foster a proactive, high‑performing culture.

Required profile

• Experience leading planning, scheduling, service delivery, logistics or operational support teams in a multi‑site environment.
• Passion for delivering outstanding client experiences and belief that operational excellence drives satisfaction.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to influence profitability drivers.
• Data‑driven, analytical approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making.
