About the role
The Service Delivery Manager will oversee operational and clinical performance across sites, ensuring high‑quality service delivery for healthcare professionals. You will act as the primary point of contact for onboarding new staff, supporting resource planning and driving continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor operational and clinical performance using management information to identify trends, risks and development opportunities.
- Onboard new healthcare professionals, conduct welcome calls and manage the induction process.
- Support Resource Managers with planning, allocation and booking policies to meet forecasted targets.
- Lead and coach a multidisciplinary team through regular one‑to‑ones, team meetings and performance reviews.
- Review complaints and CSAT data, implement corrective actions to improve claimant experience.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, security procedures and facilities management standards.
Required profile
- Pro‑active, initiative‑driven with strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent communicator comfortable engaging with peers and senior stakeholders.
- Experience leading diverse, dispersed teams and influencing outcomes.
- Ability to analyse data and implement corrective actions.
- Previous management or leadership experience is desirable.
Required skills
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft packages.
