Service Desk Analyst

About the role

ECI is looking for an enthusiastic Service Desk Analyst to deliver world‑class desktop support to financial‑services clients. You will work on‑site in London, handling Level 1 and Level 2 tickets across Windows, Exchange and Office 365 environments while collaborating with a skilled team of technologists.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 end‑user support for Windows, Exchange and Office 365 desktops.
• Triage daily incidents, perform hardware and software installation, upgrades and basic server troubleshooting.
• Resolve mail, connectivity, remote‑access (Citrix/Terminal Services), password reset and file‑restore issues.
• Execute routine system maintenance, including OS and application patching.
• Identify trends, contribute to service‑desk improvement and support Tier 3 activities when required.

• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to see issues from the end‑user perspective.
• Qualified to work onsite in the London area.
